Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The CBRM requires construction services from a qualified contractor to perform concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk work throughout the 2023 construction season. Activities include, but are not limited to, concrete curb & gutter patching, installation of new or replacement concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk patching, installation of new or replacement concrete sidewalk, and other related activities deemed necessary by the Engineering and/or Public Works department. Project sizes and locations will vary and can be located anywhere within CBRM jurisdiction. Therefore, unit costs shall be provided on a "per division" basis (i.e. Central, East, and North). Projects will include both capital upgrades as well as operational maintenance and repairs. Due to the variability of this work, the contractor's work crew availability is crucial to successfully performing said work. The specific availability requirements are outlined within the contract documents. Note that in some cases, third-party hosting platform registration and/or fees may be required to review related documents, or to submit tender responses.
