This request will consist of an overlay or reclamation and re-pave of areas of the parking lot and driveways that need repair for safety of pedestrians and vehicles. Upon completion, a preventative maintenance program to crack-fill and asphalt coat every 3-5 years would be recommended to preserve and extend the life of the bituminous concrete surfaces. The project is included in the City's 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
