Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The following streets are included, in the Combined Sewer Reduction 2023; Main Street, St. John Street, St. Andrew Street, Parkside Drive, St. George Street. Douglas Avenue, College Street, Laurier Street and Cunard Street. Work includes the installation of new storm sewer and removal of storm lines connected to the sanitary system. Partial replacement of street infrastructure including but not limited to, asphalt, curbs, granulars, Also includes the reinstatement work to damaged lawns and driveways. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total Tender is required with the submission. Specifications and Tender documents are available in electronic format from the Purchasing Department, guy.desilva@bathurst.ca for an amount of $50.00, non-refundable. Only bidders registered on the official list will be eligible for this tender. This Tender will be opened publicly following the closing time in Council Chambers located at City Hall, 150 St. George Street in City Hall. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
