Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Bid consists of the demolition and clean-up of the 103 N. Gould Street property. The property makes up a total of 0.38 acres and is located between Gould Street and Brundage Street. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition of the building and foundation, placing structural fill in former building basement, disposal of demolition materials and scrap metal, disconnecting water and sanitary sewer services, reclamation of the site and bringing in 4" of base material for future paving.
