Site Directions: Sheridan County District No. 2 : High School, Junior High School, Sagebrush Elementary School, Highland Elementary School, Woodland Park Elementary School, John C Schiffer Collaborative School and Bus Barn Facility Description: Work includes asphalt crack sealing, asphalt repair and sealcoating. Project will be in 2 phases. Major crack sealing to be completed prior to June 1, 2023 and the remainder of the work to be completed prior to August 18, 2023. Work is required to be completed in 2 phases. Phase I: Major cracks are to be addressed prior to warm weather (prior to June 1st). Seal all cracks or portions of cracks from 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in width and repair and seal cracks 1 1/2 inch and larger in existing asphalt pavement in the locations listed on the attached Figures. Phase II: The remainder of the smaller cracks are to be sealed, repair and replacement of asphalt, and sealcoating is to be completed during summer break. Seal cracks not sealed in Phase I. Repair of asphalt includes miscellaneous repairs of severe alligator cracking, areas of deteriorated asphalt with loose aggregate, potholes and depressions/rutting with heat and overlay patching or cut out and replace depending on severity. Replacement of asphalt includes small areas noted on the attached aerials where cut out, removal, and replacement of asphalt is required.
