Renovation of a medical facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contractor shall provide services, equipment, staff, and tools necessary to perform, inspect, and certify in writing, all fire alarm systems/ devices in accordance with the statement of work at the Sheridan Health Care System. U.S. Dept. of Labor Wage Determination # 2015-5411 , rev 19 is applicable to this acquisition and resulting contract. See Section C6 for Subcontracting Plan. Failure to complete subcontracting plan will be deemed noncompliant to the RFQ. The FORM must be filled-out and signed by all vendors. All questions must be received by 1:00 PM MST on 05/29/2023. An amendment will be issued to provide response by 06/02/202 All correspondence and offers must be sent to: Jerry.danso@va.gov. Offers are due by 1pm MT on 06/09/2023.
