Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antwerp, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of: (1) Replacing 2 residential water tap-ins; (2) Replacing 216 LF of water line; (3) Subgrade compaction & proof rolling of approximately 927 sq. yds.; (4) Replace 207 cu. yds. of 8" aggregate base; (5) Replace 52 cu. yds. of intermediate course asphalt concrete, (6) Replace 31 cu. yds. of surface course asphalt concrete; (7) Replace 209 LF of underdrains; (8) Replace 209 LF of concrete curb & gutter; (9) Replace 2,595 LF of 6" sidewalk; (10) Replace approximately 75 LF of storm sewer line, as directed by engineer, and (11) All other necessary components, as listed on the engineer's estimate. This project is subject to all applicable Federal Labor Standards. This project is funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program, Program Year 2022 and the Village of Antwerp. Bid Proposal Form, seal it in an envelope with "Antwerp Railroad Street Reconstruction" on the front, and accompany it with a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Guaranty Bond shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Paulding County Board of Commissioners and the Village of Antwerp reserve the right to reject every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. The County reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source. Location of material and job site, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be taken into consideration. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of the bids.
