Site work for a water / sewer project in Antwerp, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Work of the Project includes rehabilitation and improvement of a 300,000-gallon elevated tank.Including cleaning and repainting of interior and exterior, and minor repairs and improvements. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) A certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit in favor of The Village of Antwerp in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which isa 100% payment and performance bond. The Village of Antwerp reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 and to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to pay federal Davis Bacon wage rates. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
