The addition will have a standing seam metal roof, and a metal panel exterior cladding. Also included is rework of existing underground sanitary piping to accomodate a new structural column and raising the lids of the existing oil interceptor to be flush with new concrete slab. HVAC Work: Includes the following: Replacement of existing infrared radiant heaters and existing PTAC unit in existing bus maintenance building. The building addition includes new infrared radiant heaters, rooftop exhaust fans and intakes, and a heating only makeup air unit for the wash bay. Refer to plans for additional information. Electrical Work: Includes the following: A new 100A panelboard, LED exterior and interior lighting, GFCI receptacles, overhead door connections, CO/NO self contained systems, and HVAC equipment connections.
