Location- Banner Ridge Radio Site 102 Burns Road Banner, WY 82832 Replace existing Cooling/Heating system: Replace with a system of these specifications or similar Installation of a 5 Ton - heating/cooling system Installation Includes: Remove the existing outdoor cooling unit, this site currently has an outdoor unit with an older heat system in the building. o Heat Pump o Air Handler o All electrical cabling, wiring, and turn-up for project o New electrical wiring to unit o Hail Guards (heat pump) o Drain Pan Heaters (heat pump) o Ductwork cleaning o Heat Strips (air handler) o Disposal of existing heating/cooling system o Ductwork Connections o 10 Year Part Warranty Furnace/Cooling unit o Start Up and testing of new system Replace with a new Cooling/Heating system
