Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burns, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Main Street Concrete Repair & Misc. Improvements project. The Work to Be Performed Under This Project Shall Consist of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, and Equipment Required to Construct the Improvements Called for by the Contract Documents and Construction Plans. Work to Be Performed Includes: Select Concrete Pavement Slab Replacement, Select Curb and Gutter Replacement, Select Sidewalk Replacement, New Concrete Pavement, and Replacement of Asphalt Pavement With Concrete Pavement. At the Aforementioned Time and Place, Such Bids That Are Received for the Project Shall Be Reviewed. A Bid Guarantee in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Shall Accompany Any Bid Submitted. The Successful Bidder Shall Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Accepted Bid. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Formalities in the Bidding
