The project consists of various earthwork tasks including constructing storm water channels, downchute channels and diversion berms, culverts, structural fill, excavation, topsoil placement, seeding, subgrade preparation, operation layer installation, compacted barrier soil layer, waste relocation, geosynthetics installation, electric and pump installation, and all other work necessary for the construction of two new cells (11.5 acres total), and electrical infrastructure at the landfill site north of Burns, Wyoming.
