The Municipality of Lambton Shores owns the Beechwood Cemetery in Forest and the Arkona Cemetery in Arkona. The Municipality is seeking qualified firms to bid on the seasonal maintenance of these properties, including grass cutting, trimming fence lines and trimming around monuments and markers. Questions and comments related to this RFP should be directed to Mr. Randy Shaw, Parks and Facilities Manager, 519-243-1400 ext. 8314 or email rshaw@lambtonshores.ca. The Successful Bidder shall supply the necessary labour, equipment and services to complete grass maintenance at the Beechwood Cemetery and Arkona Cemetery to the standards provided below. Grass maintenance related activities shall be performed between April 15 and October 31 of each calendar year for the duration of the contract. All work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by experienced and welltrained personnel, utilizing clean, well-maintained equipment
