The scope of work is generally described as the rehabilitation of the City's Water Treatment Plant is located on the east side of FM 365, approximately two miles south of US Highway 90. The WTP is bound by FM 365 (to the west) and the Lower Neches Valley Authority canal (to the south). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the relocation, installation, and finishing of a transportable building to be utilized as an operations office, installation of necessary sanitary sewer and water line modifications for the operations office, replacement of the 1\2 HP submersible pump located within the filter gallery, and other appurtenances, as necessary.
