Renovation of an office development in Salisbury, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Parks Office - new project - This project includes repairs and renovations to the main Parks office located on Owens Branch road. Currently, the building leaks during rain events which has damaged walls, carpets and ceiling tiles. Anticipated exterior renovations include: new siding, windows and repair/replacement of the roofing system. Anticipated interior renovations include: new flooring, ceiling tiles, bathroom fixtures and office furniture. This project is included in the county’s fy 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program. As of September 6, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
