The work to be accomplished under this Contract is located at W. Paul Martin District Court/Multi- Service Center. Work consists of "Replace in Kind" the existing Domestic Water Booster System, Tank and pressure reducing Valves located in the Boiler room. Under the scope of work, contractor is to furnish and install new Domestic Water Booster System, Tank and pressure reducing Valves and all required devices and associated equipment. Providing all construction, permits, inspections, labor, materials, equipment, services, supplies, insurance, testing and instrumentation necessary to and incidental to the completion of all work as specified. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the exact location of the equipment and modifications necessary to fit properly in the available space for a fully functional system without any additional costs to the Owner. The work may also include providing or modifying existing pipe configuration in which to provide a base for the installation of the new & modification of existing piping if necessary to accommodate. The deadline for questions has been established as August 28, 2023, at 9:00AM to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary.
