Old Court House -- new project. This system has components of various ages and conditions, with the newest being a chiller with a 1992 production date. The building is heated by a steam boiler and cooled by a chiller with fan coil units and individual area systems. The building does not have a centrally controlled HVAC or fresh air intake. Some areas are without heat from the unit (being heated with auxiliary heaters) due to one loop being disabled. This project will modernize the entire system throughout the building. Due to the age and construction of the building, significant construction work is anticipated with the new HVAC installation. This project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
