1.Prep work for concrete Pad to include rough in for bathroom. 2.Finished concrete pad to meet exit road in back of Justice Center with 6 turn downs with moisture barrier. 3.Colored Metal building 40 X 40 with 12 walls with matching gable roof 4 -12 pitch. Boxed in all sides and closed in both gable ends. 4. 4 windows 36X 36 sliding with screens. 5. 1 - 11 X 11metal roll up door on gable end next to road. 1 metal walk in door in side. 6. Wiring ruff in 600 amp service box with breakers, single phase service to the weather head to include wiring to outlets for 10 light fixtures, 7- 60amp receptacles for welders and 8- 120 volt receptacles for outlets on the walls. 1 receptacle for exhaust fan in gable end . All to be run in metal conduit. 7.Insulation to cover all 4 walls to ceiling height, with tin 4 on walls for welding stations to cover insulation. 8. All stages of Building must be signed off on by Sheriff Steve Ross or Jail Administrator before receiving payment.
