Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory bid security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to "Vandergrift Borough." Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form provided. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. Contractor is to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the DrugFree Workplace Act of 1988, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955 as amended and follow all applicable Pa. Department of Health guidelines and orders. Pa. Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply since this is a public road project under $100,000.
