Site work for a swimming pool in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Concrete Pool-wall Top Repair & Precast Coping Replacement up to 585 LF; Concrete Skimmer Sidewalls & Bottom Repair up to 23 EA, as specified and all related work. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form provided. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening thereof. Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to u8220 Vandergrift Borough.u8221 Contractor to comply with applicable State Statutes and Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Employment Verification Act, Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment provisions, State Contractor Responsibility Program and Contractor Integrity Provisions, Prohibition of Illegal Alien Labor on Assisted Projects Act, Right to Know Law Provisions, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. The successful contractor must attach a Certification of Compliance with labor standards as specified by the Pennsylvania prevailing Wage Act and furnish weekly payroll sheets.
