Award amount is $469,895.60** The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools and oversight necessary for the milling, including base repairs as required, overlay and striping of various asphalt pavement roadways in the Borough of Trappe and all other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Williams Way is to be paved with micro-surfacing. All work is to be completed per the contract documents and plans. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The winning bidder is responsible for PennBid costs. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online and referred to the Borough of Trappe for final award.
