Site work for a water / sewer project in Peters Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Council of Peters Township is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of five existing stormwater detention ponds: Overlook Plan; Reidmont Manor; Great Meadows; and two in the Woodlands of Peters Township. Work at each pond may include trimming and disposal of existing vegetation; removal of accumulated sediment; fine grading of the pond interior; re-establishing low flow channels; supply & placement of rip rap aprons; erosion & sedimentation controls; restoration of all disturbed areas; and other items incidental to the project. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. The Township reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
