Consisting of replacement of bluegrass with native type grass species at 4 locations along parkways within Highlands Ranch. A Bid Opening is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on April 6, 2023, at 3280 Redstone Park Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Questions for this projectshall be submitted in writing to dambrose@highlandsranch.org, any time before and no later than April 3, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. An addendum will be issued on April 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., to answer all questions received. The work consists of converting existing parkway and street landscapes within right-of-way managed by the Metro District. o Install and/or adjust irrigation as appropriate for the renovated landscape. o Eradication and removal of existing Kentucky Bluegrass. o Grade and prepare soils for seeding. o Seed alternative or native turf grass as specified. o Apply hydromulch to renovated landscape areas. See additional detailsin the General Notes and associated Site sheets.
