Reference Number: 0000315194 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for video inspection and/or cleaning or sanitary and storm sewers as specified in the Project Manual. The project is divided into two (2) parts. Part I is for work related to inspection for the design of future road and utility construction projects. Video inspection operations for Part I are estimated to include approximately 30,000 feet of various sized sanitary and storm gravity sewers. Part II is for emergency services and is estimated to include approximately 400 hours total for cleaning and television inspection. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount of not less than Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests.
