Notice of Intent to Award by the Board of Commissioners will normally be made within 20 calendar days of opening. If a longer period of time is required, all bidders will be notified. Pressure vessels shall be in accordance with the latest revision of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code for Unfired Pressure Vessels, Section VIII, Division 1. B. All local Plumbing Codes shall be met. C. The system and anchorage of the surge tank shall conform to the International Building Code (IBC). D.
