Answers will be posted no later than 4:00pm on 4/5/23 Bid Information The Kenton County Fiscal Court is announcing a Request for Bid (RFB) from for the purpose of making structural repairs to the Feet Maintenance/Truck Storage Building and the Equipment Storage Building located in the Kenton County Public Works Camps at 420 Independence Station Road, Independence, KY 41051. The scope of the project includes replacing the lower portion of existing steel columns in the Feet Maintenance/Truck Storage Building and the Equipment Storage Building that have corroded. There are also some columns that need flange repair and some that need to be cleaned and painted. The materials provided and the construction methods used in the performance of this contract shall be provided in accordance with terms and conditions of this RFB, Structural Plans by Schaefer, and the 2019 KYTC Standard Specifications. Deviations from the plans and KYTC Specifications will not be permitted unless expressly noted herein or made in writing by the County.
