The City of Bessemer is accepting bids for the cleaning of the men and womens bathrooms at Bluff Valley Park. The City reserves the right to accept, reject or modify any, or all bids, as determined by the City. 1. All proposals shall be signed and dated by the bidder. 2. The contract period will be for the Summer of 2023. The contractor is expected to start work on May 1st, 2023, or as soon thereafter as directed by the City of Bessemer. 3. Each bathroom will need to be cleaned once a week. This includes sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Paper products will be provided by the City. 4. Contractor shall submit a breakdown of costs for cleaning. 5. The City of Bessemer expressly reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any, or all, bids as determined solely by the City of Bessemer.
