As of December 5, 2024, construction started July 2024 and was completed October 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Park Ridge (City) invites qualified engineering firms to submit cost proposals for professional engineering services to complete engineering project design, prepare contract documents and provide construction management for the Salt Dome Design and Construction Services Project PW-23-15. Each firm submitting a proposal for this work shall be hereinafter referred to as a Consultant. The City intends to enter into a contract with the chosen Consultant. The selected Consultant must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources available to perform the work described in this RFP. Should an award be made, the selected Consultant (or Consultant as referred to in this RFP) will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Park Ridge to provide these services. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposal name and number listed above. Proposals transmitted by fax or email will not be accepted. Any communication regarding this invitation between the date of issue and date of award is to be in writing and directed to the Procurement Officer listed below. Answers to questions submitted in writing may be distributed as an addendum to this Invitation to Proposal. Unauthorized contact with other City Employees is strictly forbidden.
