Sealed bids will be received by the Park Ridge Park District, 733 N. Prospect Avenue, Attention: Maryanne Lucarz, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068, for the Northeast Park Tennis Court Repair Project, until Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., at which time such bids will be publicly opened and announced in Board Room at Wohlers Hall, located at 733 N. Prospect Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois. The successful bidder shall and all subcontractors shall be required to pay the general prevailing rate of wages in the locality for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work.
