Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 04/14/2023 at 4:30 PM CT If the total bid amount is over $50,000, the successful Bidder will be required to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds per the Illinois Public Construction Bond Act, 30 ILCS 550. Upon notice of acceptance of Bid, the successful Bidder shall, within five (5) calendar days of said notice, furnish to the Procurement Officer a faithful Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond(s) in the full amount of the contract, conditioned upon the faithful performance of all covenants, conditions, and stipulations under the contract. The bond shall be secured by a surety company acceptable to the City, licensed to do business as a Surety in the State of Illinois. The terms and conditions described in the Public Construction Bond Act shall be incorporated into the Bonds presented by the successful Bidder as though fully recited therein.
