APRIL 24, 2023 4:30pm Final Answers Published (via Addendum if needed) APRIL 25, 2023 4:30pm The City of Park Ridge (City) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional services to provide a facility condition assessment and final report of buildings and structures owned by the City for the Facilities Condition Assessment Project PW-23-08. Each firm submitting a proposal for this work shall be hereinafter referred to as a "Consultant." The City intends to enter into a contract with the chosen Consultant. The selected Consultant must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources available to perform the work described in this RFP. Should an award be made, the selected Consultant (or Consultant as referred to in this RFP) will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Park Ridge to provide these services. The City of Park Ridge is looking to have a facilities condition assessment (FCA) completed on existing structures and buildings owned by the City to understand and maintain the physical condition of the City's infrastructure, develop capital budgets, and prioritize resources. The City is looking to: o Identify facility problems o Develop mandated reports and address code issues o Be able to better plan and manage work to be done on the City's facilities o Prioritize critical needs
