Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Arlington, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for cold plane pavement removal of asphalt and inlay of 2-inch HMAC for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Blanket/Contract Begin Date: 03/23/2023 Blanket/Contract End Date: 06/30/2023 Pre Bid Conference: None ODOT reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable. Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon CCB (ORS Chapter 701) prior to bidding on Public Improvement Contract(s). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL RESULT IN BID REJECTION. Bidder shall provide its CCB license number and expiration date in the spaces provided in Section I - Bidder Information. State Prevailing Wage Rates (PWRs) apply to this ITB and the resulting Contract. See ITB Section E for BOLI related requirements and applicable wage rates. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the Substantial Completion Date
