The Board of Directors of the Crooked River Ranch Special Road District, Jefferson County, Oregon, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to CONSTRUCT 4 COM- PACTED THICKNESS, 1/2 DENSE, LEVEL 2 HOT MIX ASPHALT CONCRETE APRONS ON EXISTING GRAVEL ROADS AT THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH PAVED ROADS IN CROOKED RIVER RANCH, OREGON. The work includes, but is not limited to: excavation, surface cleaning and preparation, saw cutting existing asphalt concrete pavement, asphalt concrete placement, shoulder construction, and traffic control. The Board of Directors of the Crooked River Ranch Special Road District reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidders responsibility under ORS279C.375(3)(b). The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids if it is determined by the Board of Directors to be in the public interest to do so. No bid or proposal for this contract shall be received or considered by this agency unless the bidder or proposer is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS279C.830(2)(b)(A) and OAR 839-025-0020(3)(a).
