The Project or Work consists of the following: 1) lining approximately 453 linear feet of buried 36-inch PCCP with a carbon fiber liner with epoxy coating; 2) either lining approximately 177 linear feet of 36-inch PCCP, and approximately 70 linear feet of 42, 60 and 72-inch PCCP with a carbon fiber liner with epoxy coating; 3) or replacing the subject pipe described in item 2 with approximately 177 linear feet of 36-inch and 52 linear feet of 48-inch HDPE or DIP; 4) abandoning in place approximately 193 linear feet of 36-inch PCCP and approximately 185 linear feet of 48-inch PCCP; 5) lining approximately 271 linear feet of 42-inch PCCP with a carbon fiber liner with epoxy coating; 6) providing by-pass pumping during execution of items 2 or 3; miscellaneous structural repairs and improvements to existing cast-in-place concrete structures including: selective demolition, concrete repair, and modifications to four separate structures
