THE PROJECT consists of construction placing rock protection (riprap) upon the upstream face of the Trinidad Dam in southern Colorado. Placement of the material maybe by barge or other form of placement approved by Contracting Officer. The location involves an active state park with fishing, traffic, and boating being allowed while work is proceeding.
