Scope of work, Stain and seal the wood facade and siding for both City Hall and Harnish Wayside. • Stain and seal the wooden façade at the city hall entrance, the Ashpole Center entrance, the police department entrance, and the council chamber entrance of the city hall building. • Stain and seal the wooden exterior siding at Harnish Wayside • Paint the complement colors for the facades, such as the joists and molding. • Provide all labor and installation materials. • Haul away and disposal of refuse. Proposers must be listed on a plan holders list by contacting the City of Eagle Point. Any addenda will be issued to interested parties listed on the plan holders list. Interested parties must prequalify with the City of Eagle Point. This contract is for public work and is subject to provisions of ORS. 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required. All proposers are encouraged to contact the City to visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the facilities involved, difficulties and restrictions for full performance of the contract the City.
