Renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
BCEC Fire protection Equipment Replacement - This project includes providing all labor, materials, and fire protection equipment at Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), which shall include, but not be limited to, partial demolition of existing systems; installation of new components; and repair and refinishing of all disturbed areas to match existing., all as more fully set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to bflynn@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 4/19/23 @ 5:00 P.M. ** Sub Bid Deadline 4/26/23 Time 12:00 P.M. Sub Bid Category Electrical Each general bid on this contract must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work required. In order to be eligible to bid on this contract, a general bidder must be certified for the estimated project cost of $306,317 and for the following category of work:
