Provide architectural and engineered drawings Remove =existing pavement in 32 x 50 area east of existing building - haul off site Install spread footings as required by structural engineer Install grade beam in between spread footings Set anchor bolts Install 4" rock and 6" concrete slab with fiber mesh Install 52 x 32 x 18 single slope pre-engineered metal building (Butler Building to be basis of design) Provide minimum R19 insulation in walls and R30 in roof Liner panel up to 7' on interior walls, BRII wall panels on 3 sides MR24 standing seam roof, gutters and downspouts at rear Provide flashing at existing building to make weather tight o Provide (1) walk door - east, and (1) 14 x 12 overhead door frame Install (1) floor drain and coordinate its function with existing annex floor drain
