A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this Project. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Nevertheless, minor omissions and discrepancies shall not excuse the bidder from providing a price to totally complete the project in accordance with the intent of these documents. 1. Bring any conflicts and discrepancies to the attention of the Architect prior to submission of an executed bid form 2. After execution of the Contract, no extra charges will be allowed for items of work where such concluded to conform to normal construction practices and methods.
