Site work for a water / sewer project in Denver City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work will include WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SH83 SUBDIVISION PROJECT, and related appurtenances in Denver City, Texas. Each RFI shall be made in writing to the engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Contractors attention is drawn to the following: The City of Denver City will be procuring all materials for this project. It shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor to inventory all materials prior to installation to ensure appropriate quantities are present at the job site to complete the work. Any missing items shall be brought to the attention to the City and Engineer immediately so that the necessary items can be procured so as not to delay the project. The City of Denver City will be completing the entire scope of the gas line installation. The Contractors scope for this project entails installation of the sewer and water lines. This will require close cooperation with the City, both for material delivery and for trenching coordination due to the fact that the water and gas lines will be installed in close proximity.
