Site work for a civil project in Denver City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 5/23/2025 5:00 PM CST The scope of work for this project includes the drilling and installation of two new groundwater wells, the construction of wellheads and concrete slabs, and the installation of electrical systems consisting of meter bases, disconnectgs, and wiring to the control panels, all for the improvements of the City of Denver City's water system. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total of the bid submitted, made payable to the City of Denver City, Texas, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and guaranty in the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Bids without the required check or bid bond will not be considered. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all technicalities and to accept the proposals they deem to be in their best interest.
