Site work and paving for a civil project in Windsor, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of June 5, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The work of this contract consists of the installation of 1,150 linear feet of elliptical concrete storm sewer pipe (38x24 inch), 64 linear feet of 24 inch concrete storm sewer pipe, two Type 13 inlets, 30 tons of asphalt pavement, 41 square yards of concrete pavement; and associated appurtenances. See the construction drawings for additional information. All prospective bidders must submit a document request form on the Town's website in order to bid the project. The Project is to be substantially complete in 46 working days, and finally complete in 53 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit prices per the Bid Form. Any questions regarding the project are due Thursday, April 19, 2023 at 5:00 pm, local time. No questions received after this date will be answered, unless the bid date is extended by an addendum. Direct questions to Desa Blair via email: dblair@windsorgov.com Each Bidder shall file with his Bid an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work. No Bid may be withdrawn for the period of time after the date Bids are opened which is specified in the Bid Form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
