As of May 10, 2023, project was awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC, awarded amount is $224,889.60 The forms are available at the Township Office Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM for $50.00. A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid payable to East Vincent Township must accompany all bids. The successful bidder must provide the Township with 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance Certificate. The Township reserves the right to reject any bid. No, 8 agg./ sq. yd. First Coat 20 lbs. No. 8 agg./ sq. yd. Second Coat Asphalt application rate shall not exceed .77 E3M gal./sq. yd. Unit 5 Price Installation of double coat Bituminous Surface Treatment on various township roads (#8 first coat).
