The building is a 5-story 160-unit apartment complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, remove and replace existing roofing and underlayment on flat roof (approximately 36,485SF). Provide flashing and terminations at parapets, walls, mechanical curbing and roof penetrations. Provide blown in or batt insulation at existing previously vented parapet conditions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 1. REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING ROOFING AND UNDERLAYMENT. 2.
