Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to: Obtain responses from qualified contractors, for a Turn-key Propane Tank Install at (ESC) Educational Service Center, 395 Pratt Parkway, Longmont CO 80501; as specified herein. Written Questions Due Date and Time April 21, 2023 @ 2:00 PM MT Repsondents may NOT contact any District officials or staff other than the Buyer listed herein prior to the RFP opening. All questions must be received by 2:00 PM, Friday, April 21, 2023. All questions MUST be submitted in writing through the Rocky Mountain EPurchasing website The Project consists of the providing all permits, materials, tools, equipment, labor, services ladders, lifts, rentals, site protection, job cleanup, trash removal, hazardous material removal and disposal needed for the turnkey construction of an Autogas propane tank fueling station. The work is to include 4,000-gallon vertical propane tank, pumps, dispensers, software integration, site lighting, and sitework as specified in the following attached documents
