Reference Number 0000318310 replacement of the pedestrian bridge and associated site work at Spangler Park in Longmont. The project is engineered to utilize a salvaged bridge being stored by the City of Longmont for use as the replacement structure for the project. Work includes but is not limited to; removal and disposal of the existing bridge, railings and all materials associated with the existing bridge; removal of specified concrete flatwork at bridge approaches; earthwork and grading; landscape and irrigation adjustments and restoration; delivery of salvaged bridge to the site; decking replacement on salvaged bridge; construction of new bridge abutments and wingwalls; placement and installation of new bridge; restoration of site and staging area; fabrication and installation of wingwall railings; removal and re-installation of utilities and sleeves beneath bridge; new concrete flatwork at bridge approaches; and bridge signage.
