The City is seeking landscaping contractors to handle a range of landscape services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Most of the landscape services will be maintenance of existing parks, trails, right-of ways, municipal buildings, naturalized areas, and/or reservoirs. The City intends to award to multiple contractors for this as-needed work. It is critical that the awarded contractors be able to provide the on-call work at a level consistent with large-scale municipal work and standards. The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) may request work. As LHA receives federal funds, the City requests pricing both with and without Livable Wage. the City reserves the right to reject these exceptions if they do not meet its requirements.The City will make awards only to responsible proposers. The City reserves the right to assess proposer responsibility at any time in this RFP process and may not make a responsibility determination for every proposer.
