The last day for questions is May 5, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Water Infrastructure (Water Meters), Directional Bore, Water Transmission Pipelines, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Directional Drilling the Work to be performed under the provisions of these Bid Documents consists of the complete construction, including all Work appurtenant thereto, of the 2023 MAIN REPLACEMENS project. This Work more specifically consists of the construction of 1) approximately 3,915 lineal feet of 4-inch diameter treated water pipeline along N. 63rd Street from Niwot Road to approximately 1,320 lineal feet south of Monarch Road; 2) approximately 6,735 lineal feet of 8- inch diameter treated water pipeline along N. 65th Street from St. Vrain Road to approximately 1,300 lineal feet north of Nelson Road; and approximately 5,500 lineal feet of 16-inch diameter treated water pipeline along East County Line Road (WCR 1) from Niwot Road south to State Highway (SH) 52. The construction of the waterline along N. 65th Street will include approximately 521 lineal feet of horizontally directionally drilled (HDD) pipeline installation. The construction of the waterline along E. County Line Road will include approximately 590 lineal feet of HDD pipeline installation and approximately 125 lineal feet of bored steel casing beneath SH 52. Pipeline appurtenances include isolation valves, air and vacuum relief valve assemblies, fire hydrant assemblies, tie-ins to existing distribution pipelines, and the re- connection of existing water services. Work will include all site preparation, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, dewatering as required, pipeline construction, installation of all associated appurtenances, site and road restoration, revegetation, and restoration of all existing facilities and surface improvements to pre-construction conditions.
