JQ Built Inc. (JQ Built) seeks qualified teams to enter into a CCDC14-2013 contract to provide design and construction services for daycare facilities under JQ Built Daycare Project 2.0 (Project) at locations across Manitoba. These daycare facilities should be constructed via hybrid-construction process that combines the use of factory-cut, prefabricated and packaged and built-on-site components that can be replicated. The facilities should be energy efficient while ensuring quality control measures are in place. JQ Built is issuing this RFP for the provision of the following services: - Complete design of daycare facilities and all professional consultant services. - Complete turn key construction of daycare facilities. - Site development and foundation works. - Permits and licence costs as required. - All materials testing and inspections. - Geo technical inspections as required. - Utility (including electrical, water supply, wastewater and plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, surveillance, telecom. and internet) requirements. - Provide rough in for generator. Please quote for the generator separately as an optional item. - Provide rough in for CCTV and card access-security system.
