Bid security for this solicitation will be 5% of the total response submitted based upon the project locations covered by the Vendor's response. All bonds are for the full value of the contract and shall be issued by a surety company authorized by the Oklahoma Insurance Department to do business in the State of Oklahoma and approved by the Division. The construction period is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Each response must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Response and all alternates as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the Vendor will execute the contract and furnish bonds and insurance as required in Section B.5.0 and of this solicitation packet.
